Ms. Norman is a professional geophysicist who has twenty years’ experience in the mineral and oil & gas exploration industry, having held executive positions both in Australia and in the UK and carried out operating assignments in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Australia. She has a strong background in the application of traditional and innovating geophysical technologies in the search for oil and gas and in new business development. Cath served as the Managing Director of Flow Energy for 6 years.

Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Thiessen is a Chartered Accountant with over fifteen years’ experience. He has contracted independently to the mining and exploration industry for the last 5 years and more recently was the CFO and Company Secretary of Flow Energy Limited. Prior to that he was a Client Director with Deloitte global accounting and professional service firm. Peter is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting).
Ms Larkin has over 15 years’ experience in a number of commercial and governance positions including most recently as a senior executive and Company Secretary of biotechnology company Hexima Limited. Elisha has a Masters of Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne majoring in corporate governance and intellectual property law, and honours degrees in Agricultural Science and Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
Mr. Cowie has over 25 years’ oil & gas legal, negotiations and commercial experience. His recent focus was in liquefied natural gas with Mitsubishi/Mitsui (including floating LNG). Mr. Cowie’s earlier career was with Mallesons, BP and BHP based in Melbourne, London and Houston. Michael has a Bachelor of Laws with Honours degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from Monash University, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a long-standing member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and the Law Institute of Victoria.
Mr. Nicholls is a professional geophysicist with over thirty years’ experience in oil and gas exploration and development projects with a number of companies including BHP Billiton Petroleum, Nexus Energy, Antares, Oil Search and BP Australia. Throughout his career Peter has undertaken a wide range of management and technical roles and has a proven track record of identifying prospective areas, working up prospects, and finding commercial fields. He has previously managed exploration teams operating offshore permits and wells. Peter brings extensive exploration experience in a wide variety of geological settings to FAR Limited.
Mr. Keall is a geologist with over twenty years’ experience in oil and gas exploration both internationally and within Australia. He worked for BHP Petroleum on many of the petroliferous basins of Australia-Asia and was involved in several significant oil and gas discoveries. His experience spans the full exploration cycle from identification and capture of new acreage, through prospect generation to drilling and discovery of hydrocarbons.
Ms. Callegari has over 10 years’ experience in business development & marketing and has been with FAR since Feb 2015. She has completed a Diploma of Investor Relations with the Australasian Investor Relations Association (AIRA) of which FAR is also a member.

Mr Stork is an engineer with over 35 years’ experience in all facets of the oil & gas industry, including exploration, development and production operations. He has worked for a number of companies including Origin Energy, Cairn India and Roc Oil, where he has held a number of senior management and technical roles, and completed several overseas assignments. Rolf is knowledgeable in managing business units and joint ventures, as well as having a strong commercial and operational background.

Bruno Delanoue is a commerce graduate of the University of Paris and Lyon. After starting his career in the field of audit and privatisation consulting, he joined the mining sector (AngloGold and then MDL/TiZir) in West Africa. He was recently the Chairman of the Grande Cote Operations with Mineral Deposits Limited. He is currently Vice President of the Senegalese Chamber of Mines and is Independent Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Government. His rich experience enables him to be involved in the negotiations of mining conventions with the West African governments and he has developed strong relations with governments and local communities.
